The Brinkley at 321 18th St. SE is DONE and officially on the market! This building turned out amazingly well and we think it will be a great addition to the neighborhood. These units boast high ceilings and bring in lots of natural light. We think the buyers will really love the space layouts and contemporary finishes.
All of the units have open kitchens and living areas. We like the contrast here between the dark oak flooring and white kitchen cabinets.
The kitchens cabinets range from white, espresso or slate. Here we used white cabinets with a natural quartz counter called “Arctic White” which has flecks of recycled glass and mirror.
Unit 10 has HIGH ceilings and feels expansive with lots of space to arrange furniture.
We went for carpet in the upper level bedrooms. Here we selected a neutral beige tones that works well with the wall color.
The bathrooms have carrera marble flooring and white subway tile in the showers. We love how the blue paint color leaves a calming feeling.
The second bedroom of unit 10 boasts beautiful large windows.
Another shot of Unit 10 living area. The balcony door brings in tons of natural light into the space.
